Housing: Heavy Duty 2 Part Die Cast Alumium body with inbuilt heat dissipation fins. Heat resistant toughened glass diffuser, mounted on endless silicone rubber gasket for ingress protection from dust water and insects for life long performance with allen head screws of marine grade SS. Mounting socket of inner dia 60 mm with allen head screws.
Electrical: Luminaire suitable for LED Lamps compatible for 50,000-80,000 burning hours Ambient operating Temperature: -30 + 50 C Power Factor : 0.95 to 0.98 LED luminous efficacy of 100 – 140lm/w. Rendering temperature characteristics: 5000-8300K(day light temperature). Humidity : 0- 100% Surge Protection, Heat Sink, Built in power factor correction , over voltage , short circuit ,over temperature and current protection with automatic over temperature shut down control and internal power correction,
Optical Component: High efficiency LED Elliptical Distribution lens for 30 Deg x 60Deg across ,
90Deg along road for street lighting distribution.
DESCRIPTION COLUMN
Lighting Column made of 10 swg MS pipe sections , duly machined , welded and stress relieved for long service life. Column is provided with a heavy Base plate duly welded and provided with welded supports for stability. Ornamental base rib or triangular rib supports. An integral Junction Chamber is provided along with a 6 Amps SP MCB and 4 way 10 sq mm connector block. Column and luminaire are fine finished and painted with long lasting PU based automotive paint.
